Initial support committed to trunk in 518029.
I would like to add support for accepting a list of Maven 2 artifacts before
resolving this issue. Adding support for Maven 2 artifacts allows plain old
war files installed in a local or remote repository to be assembled without the
pom author knowing the absolute path to the war file.
