I get the same error, if i call a portlet with the TCK-Test-Harness. But
if i call after starting tomcat at first a portlet or the pluto main
site in my browser, the harness will now work fine.

Only in the first call, the client must be a web browser. This is a
strangely behavior i think. I installed a new version of tomcat, removed
the .m2 repository and installed pluto again, without any success.
