Nope, it just means they aren't scheduled to be fixed for a specific release. If there's an issue you'd like to see fixed in the next release, definitely bring it up on the list.

Often 'unscheduled' issues occur by accident - the submitter of an issue doesn't select a 'fix-for'. Its possible, but unlikely, that one of the developers purposefully 'unscheduled' an issue.
