Resolution: Fixed

Fixed in SVN rev 566419. Much of the code carried over from
1.1-286-COMPATIBILITY branch was left untouched to prevent removing new JSR-286
functionality.
Here is a summary of the changes:
pom.xml - moved over reference to maven-remote-resources-plugin and
commons-logging dependancy from trunk pom.
taglibs package
DefineObjectsTag - fleshed out imports
ParamTag - getName() now throws JspException to make it compatible with
el/ParamTag
BasicURLTag - NOT copied from trunk (kept BaseURLTag)
taglibs/el package
ApacheTaglibsStandardExpressionEvaluatorProxy - svn copied from trunk
ExpressionEvaluatorProxy - svn copied from trunk
JSP20ExpressionEvaluatorProxy - svn copied from trunk
JSP21ExpressionEvaluatorProxy - svn copied from trunk
ParamTag - all changes moved over from trunk
