Setting up/running the TCK with Pluto 2.0

Any advice/information on how to (easily) deploy the Portlet 2.0 TCK 
into a Tomcat/Pluto 2.0 environment so I can run the TCK?  The 
instructions in the TCK don't seem to have been updated since portlet 
1.0 and some of the details appear to have changed.  If its a manual 
(editing) process does someone has the .war file thats used to deploy to 
the TCK into Tomcat/Pluto 2.0?  I can pull this apart and recreate as 
needed.
