Creating a pluto master pom and have it extend the new portals-pom project
would allow us to leverage Nexus for the Pluto 2.0 release as well.
Note: I just added a new task, PORTALS-10 for upgrading the portals-pom to use
the apache 6 pom as it provides some important fixes/improvements.
And, also note PORTALS-11 for that matter which might very well fit in and help
solve outstanding 2.0.0 issue PLUTO-492 (currently unassigned).
