I pushed the first round of dispatcher tests to the Apache repo. This adds
270 automatically generated tests & 44 tests to be implemented manually.
This brings our statistics to 2863 tests in total, of which 1230 execute
correctly.

Unfortunately, about 1/2 of the implemented dispatcher tests fail on Pluto.
The failing tests have to do with how an additional query parameter string
is handled during the include / forward call and with the values of the
request attributes that are supposed to be defined target servlet / JSP. I
would like to withhold detailed discussion until the final batch of
dispatcher tests is ready, but if anyone would have the inclination to have
a look for themselves and maybe verify that the tests themselves are
correct, you would naturally be welcome.

I had to look for a bug in the selenium code because the JavaScript I used
to retrieve serveResource results wasn't working, so I read more on
Selenium. I found my bug and ended up doing another optimization round on
the driver. It's now even faster ...

I am now working on the final batch of dispatcher tests. I'll post them
when they are ready ... should be done faster than the first batch since
the basic infrastructure for the tests is already available.
