Need version 3.0.0 added to JIRA

Dear Friends of Pluto,

Does anyone have permission to add "3.0.0" as an unreleased version to the 
PLUTO project in JIRA?
        https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PLUTO

Actually it might be a good time to add "3.0.1" and "3.0.2" as well.
