Chapter 8.4.4 of the Portlet 3.0 Spec states the following regarding the
javax.portlet.actionScopedRequestAttributes runtime option:
"This container runtime option must be supported by portlet containers."
However, this statement was supposed to be removed from the Spec prior to final
release. During a JSR 362 Expert Group voice call, it was decided that this
would be an optional feature.
