> The current 2.0.3 pluto bundle comes bundled with a tomcat 7.0.
> In this tomcat version, the role to access the manager application is not
> "manager" but "manager-gui".
> But in the tomcat-users.xml, the role is still "manager"
> Also, in the docs, http://portals.apache.org/pluto/v20/getting-started.html,
> the tomcat-users.xml also contains the manager role with no hint that it is
> different for other tomcat versions.
> The workaround is to give the manager-gui role to the tomcat and pluto users
> in the tomcat-users.xml
