While cleaning up my mailbox, I came across this.  Sorry I didn't reply earlier.  I was torn on whether or not to send it to the mailing list, but I figured it'd be good for archival purposes. Yes, in fact.  Sun has.  Sun is shipping Pluto in the (free) Java Studio Creator 2 IDE.  The IDE builds JSR-168 portlets in a visual drag-n-drop way and embeds the Sun App Server 8.1 and Pluto for development testing. Since you said Sun ONE, you might be referring to the older 7.x app server, but the lineage is similar enough that I bet it should work fine. Good luck, - Matt
