Hi Thomas, I guess your question requires some more elaboration for a specific answer. If you are accounting traffic with NetFlow or sFlow and the agent can export BGP-related data (and has full internet visibility), then you are pretty much done.
Otherwise you might want to dump the full table once or at more or less regular intervals (depending really on the accuracy you need) and import it as a so-called "networks file" in pmacct to make the required associations. This indeed applies even if you use pmacctd off of a mirror port. Usually associating a prefix with an ASN is not a big deal as this tends to be rather static. More tricky is understanding which AS path each flow uses to reach the destination AS when multiple paths are available. Hope this answers your question, otherwise feel free to shoot further.
