Hi Rich,
You can tag incoming Netflow streams.
Add a pretag.map file like this:

set_label=router1 ip=z.w.y.x
set_label=router2 ip=x.y.w.z
set_label=unknown

Then add the pre_tag_map directive pointing to that file to the Nfacct config 
and add label directive to the aggregate plugin.
