I guess you mean layers/groups that disable each other if one is selected (something asked by Luca Marletta, recently). I added this sort of function to the planned 1.1.1 version, and decided to keep all with checkboxes (looks better). You just define a list of layers/groups that should mutually disable the others when one of them is clicked. Works fine, so long. I will add that to 1.9.5 when applying all the changes for the legend/TOC.
