no, nothing of what you ask is implemented. 2 days or so ago I posted
some code for inserting point data. Polygons are more difficult to
handle if you need to ensure topology (like with adjacent polygons.
etc). The drawing of polygons with JS on the client side could be
similar to the measure function (just using polygons instead of lines).

Editing the attribute table for the result of an identify should not be
too difficult to implement. But I guess this might need to be
accompanied by some user authentication functions, or you have to trust
your users very much.
