Hi, if the map doesn't show up first I would look if the mapfile is correct. You can do that normally with http://name_of_your_server/cgi-bin/name_of_your_mapserver?map=path/to/your/mapfile&mode=map
There could be several reasons and you have to find out whether the reason goes to mapserver, the mapfile or pmapper.
