Hi list, I am quite a new user of pmapper and find this software really great. During my tests with pmapper I also encountered this "too many open files" message in my browser. I applied the current svn version to my pmapper installation but I still got the error message. Using lsof I found out that there were lots of open map files. I use includes in my mapfile to keep it clear and well structured. These are the ones that caused the error message. The main mapfile was open only once. I am not sure if this is really a pmapper issue or a mapserver issue. But I thought I should tell you.
