Make sure you add a Name in the Class.
Example:
CLASS
Name'The name you want the TOC to display'

I have one point layer in a mapfile that is classified and each CLASS is
displayed as an icon from small *.png image files. But these images do
not display in the TOC. I added the
KEYIMAGE 'file.png'
in addition to
SYMBOL 'file.png'
to the CLASS sections of the mapfile, but no help. The list of
classifications appear correctly in the p.mapper TOC but without the
images.What am I missing?
