you should maybe also mention that you use now Mapserver 6 ... since this error relates to this upgrade and invalid parameters in the map file for OUTPUTFORMAT for MS v6. I just removed all definitions of OUTPUTFORMAT in the map file for p.mapper 4.2, so it always takes the default definition of the respective Mapserver version.
