Dear all,
I'm trying to run the default pmapper app in my local Apache2 server.
When the map.phtml file loads I get a 500 Internal Server Error and
this shows up at Apache's log:
[Thu Dec 08 11:20:15 2011] [error] [client ::1] PHP Fatal error:
Uncaught exception 'MapScriptException' with message 'Failed to open
map file "/var/www/pmapper-4.0/config/default/pmapper_demo.map"' in
/var/www/pmapper-4.0/incphp/globals.php:60\nStack trace:\n#0
/var/www/pmapper-4.0/incphp/globals.php(60):
ms_newMapObj('/var/www/pmappe...')\n#1
/var/www/pmapper-4.0/map.phtml(37):
require_once('/var/www/pmappe...')\n#2 {main}\n thrown in
/var/www/pmapper-4.0/incphp/globals.php on line 60, referer:
http://localhost/pmapper-4.0/index.html
But the map file is readable by every user:
$ ls -la /var/www/pmapper-4.0/config/default/pmapper_demo.map
-rw-r--r-- 1 desousa root 7827 2011-12-08 10:51
/var/www/pmapper-4.0/config/default/pmapper_demo.map
Any other reason why pmapper may not be accessing the map file?
