It's in the plugins directory. The pluign use resetsession get parameter in the url for to do the change..
I'm not sure that $SERVER["SCRIPT_NAME"] is related only to file map.phtml without get paramenters, but it's probable. Please can you write your procedure for to repeat it on my server?
