Hi valerio,

use a id name without spaces, for example <category 
name="cartografia_geologica" closed="true">
and after add a traslate row to php locale file of your language.
I suppose Italian, so for example in incphp/locale/language_it.php add 
this row
$_sl['categroria_geologica'] = 'Categoria geologica';
