Sorry, but I do not see why this is a good thing. In tikz you can
specify parameters inside in many flexible ways (e.g. like that:
\begin{scope}[color=red,line width=2pt]
\end{scope}
or like that
\tikzstyle{every node}=[ball color=red,circle]).
So more or less you can change everything if you want
very easily. On the other hand, I'm doing slight adjustments
in the tikzpicture header to keep the values sensible for image
generation for the web (e.g. I define thick lines per default).
I do not think that it makes sense to give an option for the user
to play with that if he does not know what values I'm concatenating
to his prefix and in what way they will or will not be overriden.
But if you have specific problem that can not be handled this way
then I'm ready to change it, I just can see no use for it now.
