You'd also want to copy over the pmwiki.php file. And I don't think PmWiki comes with any pages in wiki.d, all the preset pages are in wikilib.d. There are a few other things like GUI buttons, but I don't think they have been changed. So pmwiki.php, scripts, and wikilib.d should cover it.
