Based on a sample TikiWiki export that Tony sent me, I now have
a preliminary recipe for converting TikiWiki pages at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/ConvertTikiWiki
It's still in the very early stages, so any tests and feedback are
greatly appreciated.
