One way to do this is to make sure that the author of the comment be authenticated. This will of course not work for public sites that do not require authentication,
I would like a copy of the message sent to the wiki administrator. I have not looked at the PmForm documentation for a week or so, so it may be there. Or it might be possible to have Notify do it.
