With all this talk of how pagelist formats can be more efficient if they're done as PHP functions instead of pagelist templates, I've gone and made a set of pagelist formats for "faking" trail markup.

PM, it would be appreciated if you could activate this recipe on the FauxTrail page, so that the examples work.
