I could give you a markup which redefines free links like [[Mr. Donald O'Hara]] without a group part, but basically same as [[MrDonaldOHara| Mr. Donald O'Hara]] The expression gets converted into a wiki word, but the original stays as a label. To create new groups it may then be best to use a form, like NewGroupBox. It means though that all free links are always pointing to pages in the current group.
