use parameter pagecheck= and target= :
pagecheck=1
Fox will not post if target page exists.
pagecheck=PageName1,PageName2,..
Fox will not post if any of the named pages exist.
Fox will give the message you require.
Don't use newedit= , as it will open the new page in edit mode, if it
does not exist, or redirect to it, if it exists.
