Done. Two suggestions:
1. Add a RecipeInfo line so that ?action=recipecheck can watch the
recipe:
SDV($RecipeInfo['RowspanInSimpleTables']['Version'], '2008-08-28');
2. Remove the trailing '?>' from the recipe.
