I think a twitter recipe would be a great addition to the Cookbook.
Since the Cookbook section is open to editing you can create your own
page (i.e. pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/TwitterSidebar). I encourage you
to publish your code as open source so other may collaborate and offer
improvements.
