Hello.

I am trying to make it easier for translators to check and update the PmWiki
documentation in other languages. Currently the English language pages are
actively maintained and up-to-date, but there are fewer edits in the other
documentation groups.

I have enabled a new line at the bottom of the PmWiki.* and PmWikiFr.*
groups[1] with links to the same page in all other languages[2].

Look at it:
  http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/BasicEditing
  http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWikiFr/BasicEditing

* If the page doesn't exist in some language, the link is different (+?),
inviting you to create it.

* If the page exists, but was modified longer ago than the current page, the
link is green, and should be checked if it needs an update.

* In the international groups, if the original English language page is more
recent, the link font is bold.

This could probably be improved, so any ideas will be welcome.

Thanks,
Petko

P.S. This setting implies that all other languages are using the same page
names as the English ones, not translated, but possibly using a translated
"title" attribute. I am not sure if this is the best way to do it, but (1) it
is practical and easy, (2) a number of translation teams use this format and
(3) having no international characters in the filenames should be more
portable between different filesystems where the pages are installed.

[1] The pagelist is near the bottom of PmWiki.GroupFooter, and included in all
pages of the PmWiki group.
[2] If a page "PmWikiBg.XLPage" exists, the "Bg" language will be listed. This
means that such a setting should also work in installations with fewer (or no)
other languages.
