Petko, could you please explain the "change summary" comment you left on Cookbook.PerGroupSubdirectories:
"PageStore is highly optimized for {$Group}/{$FullName} as opposed
to $Group/$FullName"
What is the difference? You recommend to change to the new
{$Group}/{$FullName} ?
