seems to me to be the correct markup, but as it doesn't work maybe:
(:pagelist group=testgroup $:Var="*{$Opt1}*,*{$Opt2}*" $Var=- :)
could work. Don't know what happens if you try to call the same PTV
twice in a pagelist, but I assume that it only makes the search a bit
slower.
