If you have upgaded to a recent version, you may have forgotten to update
the file pmwiki.php. When you upgrade, the minimum of files that need to be
replaced is pmwiki.php and the files in the scripts/ directory.
If you have just installed a recipe, it may require a more recent version of
PmWiki (the full installation).
