There's no place to specify that. The list of categories lists, for example, 
"Website". I click on "Website" and am taken to a page listing all pages in the 
Website category, but this page is empty when I try to edit it - no place for a 
pagelist. It looks like Categories uses fmt=#default and I think I will need to 
specify a different format in config.php.
