I use Emacs for development, and "test" with a XAMPP server running on Windows7. I store my code in git, and use node.js's Jake as a task-runner to push code from the repository (dev location) to various test locations. I've fiddled briefly with php-linting and php unit-testing (simpletest), but not much.
How about the rest of you?
