In these days of inclusive language, we very much need a pronoun of
neutral gender, both for general usage ("one" is often awkward and
imprecise) and for reference to a preferred deity. When specific gender is
appropriately avoided, I propose "ke" (pronounced kay) for "he/she" and
"kira" (pronounced keera) for "him/her/his/hers." If anyone wishes to
express kiraself elegantly and with precision, I think ke will find these
simple additions to our language to be very helpful. I hope my readers
here, will adopt them.
