You make good points, to be sure. But there is ample evidence of his torture
and murder of quite a number of people, running
"Rape" rooms and the like, crimes that he should be held accountable for.
Your are, of course, quite correct that only the winners get to hold "War
crimes" trials. Putting aside serious questions as to the validity of World
War II, Japan did attack our base in Pearl Harbor, and using the atomic
weapons did most likely save a million American lives, but what a can of
worms it opened up.
If it is discovered that Milosevic was murdered, then that crime needs to be
aired as well. And there won't be anything much said against Clinton.
Any lawyers here can correct me if I'm wrong, but if law is set on
precedent, do we not miss a chance here?

I have a great many doubts of his guilt. He didn't use DU munitions. He
wasn't in bed with the narcoctics smugglers from the KLA. I also have real
problems with War Crimes trials since it is only the winners that hold the
trial. The Japanese can't try us for using two nuclear bombs.
The Vietnamese can't try us for that bully little war. None of the small
states of Central America can try us for death squad funding. It is simply
the hypocrisy of the strong over the weak.
