It is irksome to have slavery compared to religion when real people are
suffering genocidal slavery; men, women and children, in Darfur and the
Sudan -- more than there were during the height of the Atlantic slave
trade. And nothing is being done about it by the UN or for that matter the
United States, Britain or Australia, Canada and the rest of Europe - like
it really doesn't matter. There are over 27,000,000 people enslaved at
this very moment and doing nothing and saying nothing is complicit with
this enormous cruelty being perpetrated by Muslims on a forgotten people.
Where is our humanity? This is an issue that ought to be networked and
brought to the attention of every world government. Where is the outrage
for "real" slavery?
