Some say the trade-off between security and liberty is worth it to keep us
safe. Of course we know the idea of safety is foolish, especially with the
non-effort of the Bush administration. On the other hand the Bush
administration is determined to erode our liberties, not to keep us safe,
but to keep them secure and keep us subservient. It is a charade, a
facade, behind which there is no concern for safety and never was. There
is only the ongoing concern to keep the masses in their place. I'm sick of
it as many here are - and my answer is to keep agitating and keep my own
self safe with my own armory.
Never-the-less,
I find myself continually thinking about November and wishing it was now.
I am not optimistic but wouldn't it be nice; and wouldn't it be justice at
last, to have this bunch of maffia war criminals indicted and convicted
and a congress where the Democrats have a majority and then we'll see if
they have the guts to investigate and try these bastards. I don't think
they will even if they do get control. I think Delums and a few others may
try but the others will ignore them.
