First off, I've never used that compiler. That said, if you're asking
how to use PNGwriter with it, I suppose that it should understand
Makefiles, and thus be able to build PNGwriter. You'll probably have to
build libpng first, though (and freetype2 if you want to add text
support), and make it available to your compiler. All I can suggest with
respect to these steps is to check the compiler's documentation. If
you're still stuck, you might get tips on how to compile and set up
libraries for use in your projects with the Bloodshed compiler on the
Bloodshed mailing list.
