Yes - better safe than sorry. ocl-icd.h is used from r378 onvards, if 
found on the system.

Which brings to mind - why does Debian Wheezy get a custom ocl-icd 1.3, 
and not just a 1.4? Is it possible to bump a a minor revision of this 
package to 1.3.1 or something? Not all users/developers are running 
Wheezy :)

And one more thing I noticed wile poking in configure.ac: what is the 
intended difference between the pkg-config packages ocl-icd.pc and 
OpenCL.pc? Do/should the other ICD loaders supply a OpenCL.pc?
