The reason is that I don't fully understand these legal aspects.
Pocl was started as a MIT-only project, and I jumped in mid-stream, so
it is not for me to go and change policies. Is there a legal reason why
MIT-only is chosen? (And why e.g. Free Beer is frowned upon ;)) I
removed that particular file, as it was me who merged it in from your
branch.
Also, I thought I removed the SILENT_RULES in the same instant. At least
I broke them :) It hasn't compiled silently for me for a while.
