Yes I did. One thing of note, I couldn't compile either khronos icd or the 
ocl-icd on my system. I have both the Nvidia and Intel drivers installed. I 
presume I'm using the Intel icd as that was the last one I installed. I get the 
proper platform and devices for each opencl implementation.
