I've made a Gentoo linux ebuild for pocl-0.7, which is available here:

Also wanted to mention that pocl v0.7 is able to pass most of the tests in
VexCL library (https://github.com/ddemidov/vexcl.git). The exceptions are
tests that depend on Boost.compute functionality and one of random number
generation tests.
