Thanks for the effort. I just tried it and it didn't work for me.
I had a clean Fedora 19 installation very recently.

[root@jtao1-2 jtao]# yum install pocl
Loaded plugins: langpacks, refresh-packagekit
No package pocl available.
Error: Nothing to do
