Of course. When you do this, you claim that 2.0 types are defined
in CL/cl.h and this is not the case in your installation (it means your
are using 1.2 headers)

  That said, ocl-icd 2.2.3 should really allow to compile with 1.2 headers.
I just fix the number count so that there is no more duplicate member
in the structure.
