A prototype is explained in two Linuxgazette articles: http://linuxgazette.tuwien.ac.at/149/pfeiffer.html http://linuxgazette.tuwien.ac.at/150/pfeiffer.html The second article has some source code, but I am currently refactoring everything to get it into a better shape for publishing. The code from #150 may not compile, because there's been changes to the Boost and CLucene libraries. > > [...] > > I can open the PDF with evince or xpdf without getting notices on > > encryption. So, I think it is correct to > use the AES routines. The bad thing is: they do not work. I see. Is there a way to skip the decryption part? The text indexer code runs unattended, so there is no way to query for passphrases while indexing/converting the documents.
