Hi,

I would suggest to not use PdfPagesTree::CreatePage but create a
PdfPage by yourself.

Some pseudo coude as example:

PdfPage * pPage = new PdfPage(rect, &(pdf.GetObjects()) );
pTree->InsertPage(ePdfPageInsertionPoint_InsertBeforeFirstPage, pPage)
